Why Do We Exist?
Buying a home shouldn’t feel impossible, but for too many people, it does.
At My Home Pathway, we exist for the hopeful buyer who’s tired of being told “no” with no clear reason why. For the renter who’s paid every bill on time but still can’t get approved for a Mortgage. For the first-time buyer who feels lost in a maze of financial jargon and credit scores they don’t understand. We know how confusing, overwhelming, and even embarrassing this process can feel. But we also know this: YOUR FINANCIAL PAST DOESN’T HAVE TO DEFINE YOUR FUTURE.
That’s why we built a platform designed not to judge you, but to help you improve. We analyze your real financial data (credit, income, and spending) and give you a personalized plan to build the profile that lenders want to see.
No guesswork. No generic advice. Just honest, actionable guidance to move you forward. Our Service is ALWAYS FREE FOR YOU. And rest assured, we don’t sell your personal data. Ever.
A Message From Our Founder
Castleigh
Founder, My Home Pathway
BA, Penn State | MBA, NYU Stern
“I started My Home Pathway in 2020 because I’ve seen too many hardworking people told “no” to homeownership, not because they were unworthy, but because no one ever showed them the way forward. That ends here.”
With over 15 years of experience at leading financial institutions like Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, AIG, Bank of Montreal, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, I’ve worked on both sides of the financial world, private and regulatory. What I learned is that, in America, so much depends on a three-digit number: your credit score. But this system isn’t transparent, isn’t simple, and above all, isn’t equitable for everyone.
I know what it feels like to work hard, pay your bills, and still feel like homeownership is out of reach. I’ve met countless renters, first-time buyers, single parents, and self-employed workers who were more than capable of owning a home, but were turned away because they didn’t fit a narrow financial mold. No one ever explained how to build the financial profile lenders look for. No one offered a real, actionable plan.
When they were denied, they were simply left behind.
That’s why I built My Home Pathway. We don’t sell shortcuts, and we don’t make promises we can’t keep. What we do offer is powerful:
A clear picture of where you stand
Secure, real insights into your credit, income, debt, and savings
A personalized, step-by-step plan to improve what matters most
The support you need to turn “not yet” into “yes, you’re pre-approved”
This is about more than technology, it’s about people. It’s about giving you a fair shot and a clear path when the system hasn’t. We’re not here to judge you. We’re here to help you win, and to help generations to come build wealth and security through homeownership.
My vision is a world where anyone, regardless of credit score, student loan balance, or family background, can own a home. I’m honored to be part of your journey.
You’re Not Doing This Alone. We’ve Got Partners in Your Corner.
Vetted. Trusted. Results-Driven. We partner with trusted services and reputable lenders only. WE’LL NEVER SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA. EVER.
